Fast food can taste good. But sometimes, fast food isn't as healthy for our bodies as we'd like. Sometimes, people eat too much of it. Try to limit fast food and choose healthier options, such as apple slices instead of French fries or milk instead of soda.

It is very easy to gain weight from sugary soft drinks and foods. Next time, try drinking refreshing cold water or milk.

You can change your eating habits gradually by substituting healthier choices for less healthy ones, a little at a time, so you get used to eating healthier foods. If you are used to eating chocolate candy bars all the time, you are accustomed to the high sugar content. Gradually changing to a healthier choice over time might be advisable because if you change too quickly, you may be more likely to give up, especially because your body is used to the "bad" food.

Small, gradual changes are much easier to make than a big, drastic change. Believe it or not, you will eventually get used to eating, let's say, apple slices, and they will taste much better to you once you are used to eating them.

Getting used to eating more fruits and vegetables might take time and gradual change, but you will appreciate it and might feel better physically and mentally. You might find you become a much happier person because of your improved diet.

“Kaizen” is a wise Japanese philosophy that means making small, gradual changes over time that eventually result in big change. The idea is that people are more apt and more comfortable making smaller changes, instead of gigantic changes all at once. People who practice Kaizen are more likely adopt changes and stick with them instead of abandoning them if they are big and major. Kaizen is a very wise philosophy.
