As a pubescent boy, you might show interest in finding someone to date, or you might not want to date right away; either is fine. Don't think you have to date because you are a tween or teenager.
If you'd like to pursue someone, try to be their buddy. Be honest with them and spend time with them. Don't hesitate to hang around that person with other friends to get to know them better.
