Boys and men have different- looking breasts. This is normal. One boy might have a chest that looks one way, and another boy's chest looks slightly different. One common condition many boys experience during puberty is gynecomastia. Gynecomastia, swelling of the breasts, occurs because of changes in the boy's body chemistry. There is no cure or way to treat gynecomastia. It usually goes away after about after 6 months.
