Shaving or trimming your pubic hair is up to you. An older sibling might do it, or you might have seen someone who had done it at the gym or while showering after sports at school.It isn't necessary to shave your pubic hair. If it sticks out of your swim trunks or Speedo, and you'd like to take care of it, there are safe ways to do so. Ask your parent or guardian or trusted adult for information about trimming or shaving pubic hair. You can also ask your doctor.
