A boy in puberty needs 9 to 12 hours of sleep each night. It is best not to use computer screens close to bedtime because they make it harder to fall asleep.
Another thing a boy can do is to watch what he eats and drinks before bed. For example, some snacks contain chemicals that make it hard for people to fall asleep after eating them. Many sodas contain caffeine, which is not recommended close to bedtime, as caffeine can keep people from falling asleep or, if you do fall asleep, make your sleep less restful.
Also, if you feel tired during the day or have trouble concentrating on your schoolwork, you may need more restful sleep. Boys should do restful things before bed; do not do things that excite your mind and body.
